Acrylic stiletto and Champion almond are her shapes of choice because they are flattering and supply more room for creativity. Champion is also a big believer in rhinestones. "Different colors and sizes make them much more dramatic," she says. Champion adds sparkle by using a brush on sealant, metal tongs, and clear acrylic along with a good carbide bit for removal. "For Halloween I will be in Hawaii with my field lacrosse team and we are dressing up as gnomes. I plan on matching my nails perfectly to the color of my shorts and maybe throwing in a gnome head on some nails," she says. 14
